This beautiful and historic palace was orginally inhabited by the local nobility, until modern times when it was left abandoned. From 2016-2017, the Italian ministry of culture has commenced on a project to restore the building externally in cooperation with local real estate authorities. The building has recently been completely renovated externally. Internally, the building has not seen major restorations. It is thus suitable for purchasers and investors who can see the potential in restoring this grand palace into an apartment complex, as the building can be transformed into 5-7 separate apartments. The foundation which the building is based on dates back to the 15th century, whilst the building itself dates back to 1880 and has been listed as a historic monument by the renowned Italian heritage organisation, BelArte.
